The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one.
The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.
To ensure the successful completion of the delivery is mandatory by the user, the inclusion of telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
Papa Tartufi is not responsible for the invalidity of these data as it is based on the same transmitted by the customer during the order, and can not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery in this case.
Papa Tartufi guarantees packaging conforming to the collection of the courier from our warehouse and that the contents of the package are not accessible without leaving visible signs, so the recipient of the goods is required to verify the integrity of the package at the time of delivery and is advised to refuse the package if the integrity of the packaging does not comply with it.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
The delivery carrier may charge the Customer for any failed attempt to deliver the recipient the following additional costs: in case the weight of the transported object is up to 100 kg: EUR 14.75 (including VAT); if the weight of the object being transported is above 100kg: EUR 14.75 for each first 100 kg and EUR 6.95 for each additional quantity above 100 kg (including VAT).
It is understood that any further problems will be governed by the transport conditions set by the carrier.
As far as international transport is concerned, any customs and taxes that may arise in connection with transportation in different countries are the responsibility of Papa Tartufi or the delivery carrier.
Papa Tartufi has chosen to guarantee its customers more options of choice regarding national and international transport services. The customer can choose the courier service based on shipping time or price.
To guarantee the best price, Papa Tartufi will make the choice to transport the goods with the best national or international courier.
If the buyer has preferences regarding the delivery carrier, please contact customer service.
Orders will be accepted every day of the week, while shipments will be made from Monday to Friday.
For shipments of fresh products, 24h shipments will be made from Monday to Thursday, to avoid any storage.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal according to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the transport contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by contacting us via the contact form on the Papatartufi.it website.
informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration (for example, by post or by e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us (except for the fresh truffle),
The aforementioned redemptions will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.
Pickup in store (Free delivery under conditions)
Recently it was introduced by Papa Tartufi the possibility of picking in the store. This means that no shipping costs will be assigned, but the buyer will have his own reserved purchase at the points of sale participating in the initiative.
You will receive an email reminder after 7 days from the arrival of the order in the store. If, despite the reminder, you do not show up in the store within 14 days of communicating via email / sms (to the addresses indicated in the billing address) confirming the availability of the order for collection, the cancellation and reimbursement procedure will be activated automatically.
